QueenKing Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights as a Player

1 Eligibility and Age Requirements

To register and play on queenking, you must meet the following minimum requirements. These are not flexible — they exist because online gaming carries real financial risk, and we take our responsibility seriously.

• You must be at least 21 years old. This is the minimum legal age for online gambling under applicable Philippine regulations. Queenking strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not eligible to use queenking.
• You must be a real individual person — corporate entities, bots, and automated systems cannot register as players.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee of queenking or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or be subject to any other restriction that prohibits you from engaging in online gaming.

When you register, you are making a legal declaration that you meet all of the above eligibility criteria. Providing false information constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and legal action.

2 Account Registration

Every player on queenking must have their own individual account. Sharing accounts is not permitted. Here's what you need to know about creating and managing your queenking account.

• One account per person: Each player is permitted one queenking account. If multiple accounts are detected linked to the same individual (by device, IP address, payment method, or personal information), queenking reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any associated balances.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration — name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and payment details — must be accurate and current. Using false or misleading information is a direct violation of these Terms.
• KYC verification: Queenking may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point, particularly before processing a withdrawal. This typically involves submitting a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence) and proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC when requested may be suspended.
• Account currency: All queenking accounts operate in Philippine Pesos (₱). There are no currency conversion fees for deposits or withdrawals using local Philippine payment methods.
• Updating your details: If any of your registered details change, you must update them through account settings or by contacting support. Keeping outdated information on file can delay withdrawals.

3 Deposits and Payments

Queenking accepts deposits exclusively through legitimate, verified payment channels. We do not accept cash deposits or payments via unverified third parties.

Accepted deposit methods include: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online Banking, BPI Mobile, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Philippine banks.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although higher amounts may require additional verification.
• Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and GrabPay are typically credited to your queenking account within minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during banking hours.
• All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Queenking does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — doing so may result in a refund and potential account suspension.
• Queenking does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — please check with your provider.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact queenking support with your transaction reference number. Do not initiate a chargeback without contacting us first — chargebacks are treated as a breach of these Terms.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on queenking are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where supported. This policy is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 30 minutes during operating hours (08:00–23:00 PHT). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed on the next business day.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay) are generally processed within 1–3 business hours during operating hours.
• Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification. This is a one-time process unless your account details change significantly.
• Queenking does not charge withdrawal fees. However, if a withdrawal is returned due to incorrect account details provided by you, a ₱50 processing fee may apply to re-initiate the transfer.
• Funds derived from active bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied. See Section 5 for bonus terms.
• Queenking reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on large withdrawal amounts. This may extend processing time by up to 24 hours in unusual cases.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Queenking offers a range of bonuses and promotions for players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page.

• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active in your account at any given time. You cannot stack multiple bonus offers unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion. For example, a 15x wagering requirement on a ₱500 bonus means you must bet a total of ₱7,500 before the bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino, Sabong, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, depending on the specific promotion. This is stated on each offer.
• Time limits: All bonuses have an expiry period. If you do not complete the wagering requirement within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any related winnings are forfeited.
• Abuse prevention: Queenking monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns, including rapid low-risk betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements artificially. If abuse is detected, the bonus and related winnings may be voided and the account reviewed.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Some promotions specify a maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This limit is clearly stated on the relevant promotion page before you opt in.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on queenking are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game or betting section of the platform.

• A bet is confirmed only when the system displays a confirmation receipt. Bets that are not confirmed due to network issues are not recorded and your account will not be debited.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled unless the specific game or event type explicitly allows it (e.g., cash-out features in sports betting).
• Queenking reserves the right to void bets where a technical error has materially affected the odds or outcome — for example, a system-generated incorrect price on a sports market. Affected players will be notified and their stake refunded.
• In the event of a disputed result, queenking's decision — based on available evidence and provider data — is final. Queenking does not accept disputes based solely on personal belief or hearsay.
• For e-Sabong: if an official result cannot be determined or the match is declared a no-contest by the arena officials, all bets on that fight are voided and stakes refunded. This policy is non-negotiable and applies consistently.
• Maximum bet limits may apply to certain markets or events. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and may be adjusted without prior notice for individual accounts if unusual betting patterns are detected.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Queenking maintains a fair environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, as well as potential legal action.

• Fraud and dishonesty: Attempting to defraud queenking or other players by any means — including using stolen payment credentials, impersonating another person, or manipulating game outcomes.
• Multiple accounts: Opening more than one account to abuse promotional offers or circumvent account restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games where player interaction is a factor.
• Unauthorised software: Using automated betting bots, scripts, VPNs to bypass geographic restrictions, or any software not explicitly authorised by queenking.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider without first pursuing a resolution through queenking's official support channels.
• Money laundering: Using queenking to deposit and withdraw funds for purposes unrelated to genuine gaming activity. Queenking complies with all applicable AML regulations and reports suspicious activity as required by law.

8 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your queenking account credentials. This means keeping your password private and not sharing your login details with anyone — including family members.

• Use a strong, unique password for your queenking account. We recommend using a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols that you don't use on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings if it is available — it adds a significant layer of protection against unauthorised access.
• Queenking staff will never ask for your password, your GCash PIN, your Maya MPIN, or any full payment credentials. Any communication claiming to be from queenking that asks for these details is fraudulent — report it to support immediately.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact queenking support immediately at support@queenking.best to freeze your account while the situation is investigated.
• Queenking is not liable for losses resulting from you sharing your credentials or failing to log out of the platform on a shared device.

9 Responsible Gaming

Queenking takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide tools and resources to help players manage their activity, and we expect players to use them.

• Deposit limits: You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit in your account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased without a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Set time reminders so the platform notifies you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Request a temporary account pause of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days at any time.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude your account if you feel you need to stop gambling entirely. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed — this is by design, to protect players who need a definitive stop.
• Queenking will not offer bonuses or promotional material to players who have set account limits or who are in a cooling-off period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the queenking platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of queenking or its licensed content providers.

• You may not reproduce, redistribute, copy, or use any queenking content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• Game content displayed on queenking is licensed from third-party providers (PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, etc.) and remains the intellectual property of those providers. Queenking has no authority to grant you additional rights to provider content beyond playing the games through the platform.
• The queenking brand name and logo may not be used in any context that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit written authorisation from queenking.

11 Limitation of Liability

Queenking provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to keep the platform available and functioning correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

• Queenking is not liable for losses resulting from technical interruptions, network failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including server downtime by third-party providers, payment gateway outages, or internet service disruptions on the player's end.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout (either too high or too low), queenking reserves the right to correct the balance. If an incorrect overpayment has already been spent or withdrawn, queenking may seek recovery of the excess amount.
• Queenking is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from gaming winnings. Filipino players should consult applicable tax regulations regarding their own obligations.
• Our maximum liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

12 Account Termination

Both queenking and the player have the right to close an account. Here's how each works.

• Player-initiated closure: You can request account closure at any time by contacting queenking support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.
• Queenking-initiated closure: Queenking may suspend or permanently close an account without notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms — including fraud, multiple accounts, prohibited software use, chargebacks, or other violations. In cases of confirmed fraud, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation.
• Regulatory closure: Queenking may be required to close accounts in certain jurisdictions if regulatory changes affect the legality of serving those players. In this case, real-money balances will be refunded.

13 Changes to These Terms

Queenking reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

• For significant changes that materially affect player rights or bonus terms, queenking will provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered accounts or via a prominent notice on the platform.
• Continued use of the queenking platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
• If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you have the right to close your account as described in Section 12. Any real-money balance will be refunded upon closure.
